A two-sport athlete at Loyola, Michelle Farrell-Fink (Class of 2006) was inducted into the Girls Catholic Athletic Conference’s Hall of Fame on Sunday at St. Ignatius.

Farrell-Fink played softball and bowled for the Ramblers. As a senior, she was selected the conference’s player of the year in both sports.

“This is the biggest honor I’ve received as an athlete, and one that surprised me,” said Farrell-Fink. “I’m thankful for all of the support I’ve had over the years. I had amazing experiences in both sports.”

A native of Harwood Heights, Farrell-Fink is in her sixth season as Loyola’s softball head coach.
